If you just want to get traffic to get better rankings to your website you should try to use traffic exchanges BUT if your objective is to get sales you shouldn't use them, because it's low quality traffic. To me the best is easyhits4u dot com (geo targetting, a lot of members so the geotargetting is more affective) and traffic swarm dot com. Don't concentrate too much on them tho.

For every site you surf (20 secs) you can get 1 view to your site. Traffic swarm gives 1-5 per site viewed + bonus every 100 sites I belive.

Why in the world anyone would participate in those types of schemes is beyond me.

The first example woould only deliver 24 non-targeted hits per day.

60 sec. (1 min.) / 20 sec. = (3 traffic per hour).

(3 traffic per hour) x 8 hours a day = 24 unique traffic hits per day.

That scheme would be the biggest waste of time anyone could possibly participate in.

Could you imagine how much content you could create in 8 hours, that would deliver years of free traffic.

I get 2-3K FREE traffic (every single day) on a site that I created 5 years ago, & I hardly ever update that 1k+ page site nowadays. It was a lot of work upfront, but now it's just recurring FREE income.

Create quality content & show the content to targeted traffic. The traffic will continue for years, & years, & years...

Why don't you google up some "free safelist" ? There are many that you can sign up and send emails and even put ads on their websites.
