Microsoft is the only one with traffic quality and conversions close to Adwords. Be prepared for spartan reporting tools though... They do have easy to access live help via telephone which is a big plus though. ^.^

Both the facebook and Bing is cheaper than adwords...you can try it out...no point trying others services as i believe the traffic is lousy

There are other ad networks...like adbrite...(I think) but I have no experience with them. Adwords are just the largest with the greatest reach.
