Default adsense TOS

Hi Everyone,

after a few good years of dealing with adsense and got banned from adsense more than one time, sometimes with intention to check the borders, i decides it's about time to "Pass my wisdom on" and make a list of do's and don’t's for keeping your adsnese account safe, some learned from others and some from my own experience, since I see lot of people here who are asking questions about this issue. All of course in addittion to the adsense TOS

So here is the list-
1.Your site must have a privacy Page and a contact page
2.No more than 3 adsense ads in a single page
3.NEVER click on your ads, that's the most stupid and obvious thing you can do to get banned.
4.In case it's not clear enough, you can not have adsense on sites that contains porn, Gambling, Pharmacy, abuse and hate content, and also no links to sites like these and nothing that is on the gray zone.
5.Don't put ads in in a post/page with a copyrighted material - like pictures and videos sites, unless it's embedded properly and rapped with some original text.
6.Associate your account with a Real person business mail, address, tax id and other identification details
7.don't put incentives near google ads, like “click here” and such
8.Don't use Different proxies to access the same google adsense account. always enter from the same ip/region.
9.Use unique content as much as you can, if you are using duplicate content don't put ads in the main content area
10.Don't use Re-directs unless you really like to get banned and also de-indexed for desert…
11.Don't try to “fool” google, as much as you are smart (and beautiful), they are probably much smarter then you!

If you follow this rules and not trying to pull any tricks and scams, you don't have any reason to be afraid from getting banned. If someone here has something else to add to this list please post it here

You may want to add, that you can use redirects for tag and categories pages to link back to the page of content which you want the reader to visit.

Also paid for traffic as in PPC is a big no no. If your going to use PPC to garnish traffic to your site, then send it to a page which doesn't have Adsense embedded.

Absolutely right! all kinds of paid traffic, from ptc to old domain, is a real danger. Even if your seller calls this traffic "adsense safe" (like most do) believe me it isn't safe. just to explain how sure i am in this tip i'll let you know that few years ago i got an adsense account banned particulary for that reason, when i turned to adsense i got an answer "have you been purchasing traffic or illegal clicks on your ads lately?"...

I think you got banned because your site full only with pictures and videos. add unique content in the home page and the pages you put ads in. you can also combine unique content with duplicate
