How long does it take Bing/Yahoo to remove site from index

Hi,

I recently deleted a website I own. I deleted it from my webhost server and it disappeared from Google, Ask.com, and AOL withing 48 hours.

However, my site is still indexed within Bing and Yahoo and it's now been 96 hours. Also, I can't request a removal since I can't access the Bing webmaster tools.

Why does it take so long for Bing/Yahoo to remove a site from their index?? How long does it usually take??
