I think that is impossible to do, especially if your website is new..Getting your new site visible on search engine takes time, how much more getting it on the 1st page..

You are targetting very low phase keywords start with on page optimization proper optimize your site including images, hyperlinks,sitemap and all. Create a unique and genuine content and put it on your site. Then start off page optimization, dont go for much sites its better to get less quality links rather then too many spam links.

I would leave these keywords and find better ones:
- with higher traffic - those numbers up there are very low. It will bring you 1-15 visitors per day max, is that what you want?
- with less competiotion - if you have low experience or low budget, it will take you forever.
