Move the blog from sub domain to main domain for better rank?

Hi SEO Warrior,

I need your advice.

I have sales letter & squeeze page in main domain (say it's domain.com) and it has PR2.
And the blog is in the sub domain (say it's blog.domain.com) and it has PR1.

I've been thinking, for building rank in long term, is it better if:
1. I move the blog from blog.domain.com to domain.com?
2. Use Redirect 301 from blog.domain.com pointing to domain.com?
3. Make the sales letter & squeeze page part of the blog page?

I really need your insights, especially you, SEO expert
