Couple of questions about rankings

Hey guys.

I created new website for a certain keyword 2 weeks ago.
What's interesting is that when i search for my keyword then Terms of Use (p1.) and Contact Us (p2 on Google) are higher in SERP's than the full URL itself (isn't even in top 100). Is that normal?
Also, on couple of my other websites I get good rankings on TAG pages:
mymoneysite\tag\something. Am I doing it right that TAG's are getting higher rankings than normal pages?

Yes, that is usual, that proofs that your onsite SEO is perfect

To get your home page rank - Focus on link building, it should help you to gain good ranks. Sometimes, you may face Google dance, but do not stop link building, keep on building links - That will help you to get improve.

Yea, my SENuke is clocking up some miles not only on this site but on others as well.
Theeban, if my onsite SEO is perfect (I think it is quite spot on yea) then why the moneysite.com isn't even in TOP 100 but these other 2 pages are in TOP20?
I have not a single word on Contact Us page actually. Terms page contains my EMD URL many times (therefore I can understand why that comes up high)

Well, the reason may be competition - Only solution is get quality backlinks Do it for a week and you can see the difference,
