Just a quick heads up for people. Anyone using the Quick Adsense plugin for Wordpress, it might be a good idea to check your sites. I've just noticed that the plugin is no longer working on my sites using Wordpress 3.3.1 Where the ads should appear it was displaying "Website not found". I grabbed new code for the plugin but that didn't work, so I have had to enter the code directly onto the posts and pages. I don't know how long this has been an issue. I updated Wordpress a few days ago and didn't really check the pages! So I can't say if this was an issue prior to update or not. Hope this is of help. Myles |

I don't know much about the adsence plugin, however I do know that you should be coding it your-self. It's a simple copy and paste job and you won't end up losing out on clicks to either plug-in developer or anyone who is savvy enough to do that sort of thing. If you're really against doing so then you could always try re-installing the plug-in or trying another. |

My post was really just to alert people to check that their ads are appearing if they're using this plugin. | |

I've already encounter the same problem few days ago. So I stop using it and just copied the code manually to each posts/page. Well it's not a hard work, it's just a copy paste and just do it correctly.

If you fear that an Adsense Plugin does shady stuff such as replacing your pubid with the plugin developer's you can always check the source code of the plugin or have it checked by someone who can at least read PHP code. Most plugins for Wordpress don't come encrypted and the source is readily available for scrutiny. |
