Are .eu domains difficult to rank ? Warriors help plz

Hello warriors,

I want to purchase a domain but the problem is that any TLD (.com, .org, .net) Exact match Domain (EMD) for that keyword is not available. However .eu and other country extension such as .in, .co.uk are available. I had heard that domain extension really dont matter. So should i purchase .eu or should i add any stop word in the domain to get the .com,.net,.org ? but in that case it will not be EMD

Any suggestions ?

You can rank .eu domains easily in the eu region depending upon the competition.If you are really interested in that keyword then you better take it with a stop letter.

I don't see the reason why .eu domains harder to rank than another domain extensions. So go ahead register with it.

Which stop letter will be better if i go for .com ? also should i use it in suffix or as a prefix. ?

In my experience, it doesn't really matter what the domain ending is, what matters is your seo and marketing strategy.

I had seen most of the people recommending EMD and also had found many EMD without any backlink ranking high. So its not right to say EMD has no significance may be more SEO can outrank it but still it have its importance.

No they are not. I have 4 EU domains and they are not harder to rank than COM or any other TLD.

It is just competition.
