There are so many legitimate backlink service providers here on WF, but I would recommend you to rely on private blog network services which are on demand and very effective to rank your web pages anytime.

Yes, then i would recommend John's backlinking service, he builds backlinks trough various blog networks and there is a lot of packages to choose from, i highly recommend.
