Page 1 Adsense Revenue Websites for Sale Question

Just wondering if there would be any interest out there for adsense sites already ranking on the first page?

Micro Niche Sites With:

Most Search Results between 1000-3000 Local Searches a month
CPC between .60-1.50
Themes already set up. etc

most people who are into buying adsense sites are going to look at how much income the site is coming in from the site. And they want to make sure its consistent; about 3 months in row of proven income.

It could be ranking high but not have any income, and that won't do go for your sale.
