Selling on flippa

Hey, im thinking to sell 12 of my sites. They are all product review sites.
2 of them are PR5, others have PR too, some have not.
Also 2 of them rank #1, and others rank all/mostly in first 2 pages.
With last months they have generated over 500$ in sales.(not last month, last months.)
All have a static page of a 1000 word product review on it + 2 additional articles. All have onpage and offpage seo done as well.

What you think this batch would be worth?

Could be worth few thousands but it's difficult to say without knowing how did you monetize them, the best thing would be to sell them individually those high PR websites worht a lot.

Those are all product review sites, clickbank to be more clear.

and what is the best practice for flippa?

start at 1$, right?
no reserve?
no bin?
and maybe hit the winner with bonus backlinks?

I think you can get $4000 for the sites, look at your PM.

I've noticed that Flippa is a sellers market. I think you'll get more than you expect.

It depends on your income(most website sells on 10 -12 x monthly income)
