Google quoted phrases, search operators and Scrapebox...

Hey guys.

Quick question.

How many quoted phrases are you using one after another in Google search and Scrapebox?

For example I tried this:
"powered by wordpress" "post a comment" -"you must be logged in" -"comments closed" -"captcha" "something else" keyword

...in G search- no problem, I get results that I want.

In Scrapebox... not so much. If I put too many quoted phrases it does not scrape at all.

I thought the harvester was supposed to work just like G.
Am I missing something
