Is it still possible to rank with syndicated content?

I wonder if new sites with syndicated content can still get some decent ranking and traffic in post Panda landscape?

I am aware that fresh content is a way to go now but since I have about 4,500 published articles I was wondering if it was still possible to get some decent traffic with syndicated content on new sites.

You will get some rank and traffic. But compared to new content it will be negligible. If you have 4500 articles (depending on how many you would be syndicating) it could still be a large success. It's all dependent on the niche as well.

Well, the niche is actually saturated like hell.... get your ex back. I guess I willl need to build a few sites and see how it goes.
