Fastest way to organize own links

How do you guys maintain a list of links to your own blogs.

I am right now maintaining a google doc with categories and corresponding links.

Whenever I post a new article, I update that doc.

Is there a better way you can suggest.

do you use webmaster tools that normally list them all for you there are many tools out there that list backlinks to a site i currently use linkdex and seo moz although these cost money they have a free trial but webmaster tools generally does the trick
