if i have got the Google search results right, your site has a Pagerank of 4, whereas the first result has a pagerank of 6. you can use some tools like the keyword difficulty tool like seomoz (paid) to see why they are ranking above and see if you can outdo them.

As your keyword is on the second position so now you need to take step with much care. As provide unique, relevant and useful content with your that keyword and try maximum that content which you have produced with that content be more searched with the help of targeted keyword more.
