Paid Adsense WP Themes

Hi All,

I am puzzled and need help. I created a website on the 7 December with 8 articles. Did some social bookmarking and other linkbuilding. Google webmaster tools shows 150 backlinks. The main keyword get 6500 exact searches a month.

I am ranked on page 8 for the main keyword and I checked the ranking this week and can see a new website that was created on 14 of January this year and now rank position 7 for my main keyword. They have no backlinks. They have only 4 articles and the standard, about us, contact us etc. pages.

I am using paid adsense optimized WP themes. One of everybody knows. Does these themes leave a footprint with Google? Because I am using these themes for all my websites and the the traffic is very poor. They are great for onsite SEO.

I know the website is only 6 weeks old but how can a website that is only 1 week old be on position 7 for a competitive keyword.

Any help would be great.

Don't panic, I know sometimes new websites rank fast (I can't explain it). However after a while that website (the one on the first page) that your talking about will start to fall back down the serps. You just keep up what your doing, trust me the hard work will pay off in the end. I also never heard of a theme leaving a footprint. I bet that I'm using the same theme that your using for adsense, I have had no problem ranking sites with that theme.
