You are in the right way and hope you will reach your target soon if you continue your work. But, the important issue is how many people are searching for your keyword. If you get good rank for good keywords which have large search volume then it will be easier to get huge traffic. Good luck friend. |

Try diversifying your article subjects for various keywords. If you do this, you should be able to get hits from thousands of various long tail keywords.

Any ideas on some of the more popular methods being promoted these days such as Youtube to get viewers? I have seen several programs promoting this traffic method. Does anyone have experience using other social media as well and is there a long term stick from this or just a brief burst?

Far too many variables to know for sure. YouTube can work pretty well if you're ranking high for a number of niche related keywords. You've just got to give your viewers a reason to click over to your site. Another method that's often overlooked is participating in high traffic forums related to your niche. If you could designate someone to spend about an hour a day posting at a handful of different forums you could see a steady flow of traffic. Probably not as much as you're looking for, but it's VERY targeted. To give you an idea, I get about 25-40 clicks on my sig each day just from participating here. I enjoy posting, so the traffic is an added bonus. |

Your improved ranks and traffic shares already prove that you are doing right and by remaining patient and doing your routine tasks, posting fresh contents on your blog and also gathering links, it is logical to assume your ranks will get even better. Sometimes perseverance is just the matter of being successful because SEO is actually a kind of playing with time in certain cases, even after gathering the best links, some weeks or months of time need to pass. Take a look at websites which are at the top of Google in your own niche, naturally some of them have been online for several years and so, Google has more trust in them. Your site is still young but seems to be doing very well. Gaining trust online directly is related to the ages of domains, how links are pointing at them and what contents appear on their pages. Try writing for your net audience and not search sites and gain some authority links from relevant sources. |

Do some heavy SEO on your bigger/better articles. You can easily hit 500 visitors/day within a month or two.

Unfortunately this is a question that is impossible to answer. Without knowing your site, what keywords your are ranking for etc, it is hard to say. Even if we did know that information it would still be tricky to work out. Also some sites have a limit to the amount of traffic they can get in a day. Some niches just aren't that popular. Just keep doing what you are doing. From the sounds of it, you are moving in the right direction. |

It really depends on the person, but it took me about 8 months, starting May last year, to get ~400-600 page impressions/day and this month I'm getting ~800-1000 page impressions/day. It can take some a lot lower or higher to reach this point, it's dependent on your work ethics and ability to learn. Admittedly, I haven't really treated internet marketing as a business like I should, which may be the cause of my performance.

It really depends. There's no specific time on how much traffic you're gonna get. As long you're working hard to drive traffic to your website, for sure you will reach that number that you're expecting (or even more than that).

There are number of sources regarding health. You must join hands with the fellow bloggers and share your blogs with them. When you post article to the article directories..post them to the blog as well and link to the website & article page. Share them with fellow bloggers and list their blog URL's as well. Also..try blog commenting...they are good as well. BTW..your website got more content and filled, it is a good sign to go higher.

Number of visitors depends upon the keywords you choose and the rankings you have for those keywords. Getting 500 visitors to your site isn't a big deal if you get in right keywords for your site and try get some quality backlinks to your site.

Youtube is great to promote your site using a video and gets placed fairly high in the search results. That doesnt mean it will help your site rankings though. It is a popular misconception that Youtube gives you a very high PR dofollow backlink. Wrong! All youtube pages are nofollow according to SeoQuake.

Try looking up "link wheels" on search engines. There are sites that show you how to make these yourself. I used Squidoo for basic advice then ran the wheel directly to my site using them as a spoke. Result - page14 to page2 in 3 weeks.

Since your domain is related to health industry, try submitting your site to health niche directories. There are directories that accept only health related sites and search engines value links from those directories as highly relevant and thus give more value.
