Default website disapper from the SERP

I have a new wp site (1month)
I started doing seo to rank for a specified keyword, 1 week ago the site reached #12 spot but few days ago it disapper and i didnt find it
the website still indexed.
Whats the problem and what can i do ?

Keep adding links at the same rate, vary your anchor text, vary the type of backlink (social bookmarks, blog comments etc.) and wait until the site is three months old. After that time if your site has not reappeared add or change content.

Also, it's totally normal for your site to move around in the rankings for awhile so you should expect this. Keep building links.

its not moving around in the ranking i checked all the pages in the SERP but i didnt find my website

This clearly what so called "Google dance" it's happening for all new websites. To overcome it, keep adding original content and keep building more backlinks as Melissa mentioned above and you should be fine.
