Ive been doing some keyword research lately for adsense sites. My question is when creating adsense sites and targeting around 12 keywords, is it better to do those keywords as pages or all as posts on the main page? My other question is in regards to Market Samurai. Is it worth the money or is their other free tools that tell the same information. Just curious before i spend the money on it. Thanks for the help |

it gives you a "at a glance" snapshot of the top 10 competition on google and it does that in about 30 secs per kw free tools? would do a much crappier job and take 20 mins per kw to get anything close time is money if you have 20 mins to spend on EACH kw? you have way more time than most people | |

Traffic Travis also shows the Top 10 competition. Page vs Post is irrelevant. The content matters. Page vs Post is only a layout consideration but these can be remedied with plugins. For example pages can't have categories or tags by default, but you can enable these with plugins. Posts don't appear on the main menu by default, but you can build menus manually. These are the differences you will notice. The Google Bot doesn't care. The Google Bot won't even notice if it's a post or page if you twiddle a bit with the setup. |

One advantage of using posts over pages is that you can use tags with posts. Not a big thing, but it helps in terms of on-page SEO. I don't use MS, but the information tools like it give is invaluable. I use MNF as an integral part of my business. |

Thanks for the info! Are you talking about just using like the All In One SEO plugin if you are using pages?

MS sucks. The free version of traffic travis gives you the same thing for 5 keywords at a time. It takes 30 seconds to run. I wouldn't spend $.50 on MS. It's buggy, slow, and just overall terrible IMO. But that's just my opinion. |

Yes both of them are worth the money you've spent. Your main goal is to rank your keyword on top of Google and to generate revenue and traffic from it. Market Samurai really helps a lot for your keyword research, better than just free tools.
