Default Another backlinking question

Hey everyone I hope all is well. I just want to know, do you guys use the same backlinking strategy from day 1? Or do you change it whenever there's a huge panda update/algorithm change?

And if you do change it, do you do huge changes? Or slight changes? Thanks again! - Paul

Yes we do change it from time to time but these are slight changes not very huge ones. The recent Panda update was more on the content part. It also used social signals more than it did in the previous updates.Another change was variety in anchor text for backlinking purposes.Apart from these three, no other major change were done.

Must say about this "Panda" If you have quality content NOT!!! duplicate and you write content to you website often then you can sleep good. My opinion!

I use the same strategy for backlinking like i started the blog only thing i research more new keywords for blog and then get good backlinks to that page.

It is very important how you get backlinks.Let's say you write very good article and everybody like that. Then you get backlinks in autopilot.

Visit Free 25 backlinks every day and make your site visible in google first page easy.

Pretty much what Yougpeter said - Also make some web 2.0 sites from free hosts and link them back to your articles. Provide good quality in your articles in these free 2.0 sites and you will see some good rankings.

Beside content, i would suggest you to be active on Google Plus as well if your main focus is on Google.

Does Google + really create that impact nowadays?

First you have to make sure that the content on your website is good quality.

I make sure that I have a static home page and have the article at least 800 words. You sprinkle the main keyword and related keywords withing the article.

As long as this is done properly, you will not have to change your backlinking strategy.

hope this helps

yes content is very important.

and it depends on what update.

if the update is about content then nothing to do with the links.

if the update is on anchor text etc then yes you might have to change some things you do with your link building.

its like if the weather changes, you change your attire accordingly, you dont change your hairstyle, there is no link.

=)

1. Monthly SEO performance plan
2. Link Building Packages
3. VAs rental

Pain is a perception, so is defeat, self esteem & happiness !

Is it ever bad to have more than 2,000 words on the main page with sub keywords?

I pretty much stick with the same strategy. It's really simple. Just get as many high PR backlinks to your site as you can. This has and always will be a great way to drive your website up the Google rankings.

Because of the new updates of Google, I'm now much focus on techniques that uses quality contents, like article submission and web 2.0 blogging, than the other techniques like blog commenting and forum posting.
