anyone got penalized for doing 30 ALN submissions(450 blog posts) in a month?

I am talking about authority link network. I am doing like 1 submission per day(15 blog posts) for a complete month, so in total i will be getting 450 links in a month with 1 anchor per article. do you think its safe to do so?

using it on 3 websites-
1st is 3 months old
2nd is 6 months old
and last one is 4 months old

2 of these sites have good link profile.

anyone here tried ALN submissions and never got any penalty? please share your experience.

I normally do 500+ posts over 3 days. Never had a penalty. Depends on your content, structure, etc. Link profile isn't everything.

do you mean 500 submissions or 500 blog posts?

500 submissions to only 1 url? how many anchors do you use? and how old sites do you use? do you think 3 months old sites are good to start aln submissions on?

I do well over 30 submissions a month. Vary your anchors and hit it hard brother.

I do 30 submission per month for people all the time and I have a lot of repeat customers so it must be working. My own sites have done quite well too.

I've used these links on brand new sites. I sometimes link to 3 different pages on the same site and sometimes I will link to 3 different pages on 3 different sites (since you're allowed 3 links per article with this network).

In the past I have used the one anchor text per URL but you are allowed to spin the keywords to use multiple anchor texts rather than using the same keyword over and over and I think it is a good idea to mix it up. I would just use related keywords ie. {auto loan|car loan|auto financing|vehicle loan}.

Yep you should have some variation in your anchor text. Sprinkle some "click here", "learn more", "here" etc into the mix to make it look more natural.

Sorry, meant to say around 550 posts per URL. Normally using 3 different anchors.

Most of the sites - around a month in, some 3-4 months.
