Any Adsense section targeting wordpress plugins that work?

I'm trying to get more relevant ads on my Adsense sites since recently when I visit my sites I get ads for things I was just browsing or searching for instead of ads related to the content of that site. I've also noticed a drop in CTR the past month or so and I think that it has to do with not enough relevant ads showing up for people to click like it did in the months before.

I've turned off interest based ads option in my Adsense account and wanted to find out if there was plugin I could use to do add section targeting to all my posts instead of going into each one and doing it manually.

Any suggestions on any plugins or tips on how to get more relevant ads?
