Help getting back on adwords

Hey Warriors,

Looking for a little help / insight. To make a long story short, a few years ago when I didn't know much about adwords I got my account suspending for landing page violation(s). Anytime I try to setup an account it gets banned pretty quickly.

I know there are ways around this and I set up an account last night with a credit card I've probably used on a previously banned account (I know, my lack of thinking).

If I reset my IP, use a new domain, new address and billing address will I be all right?

Any suggestions to stay under the radar?

Any insight is appreciated.
