How to determine if the profile is Fake or Not?

By the way, since with regards about the google panda is evolve, I just kinda ask if how on earth they can determined whether the profile is fake or not?

Otherwise some expert can create a well written profile with phone numbers, date, about me page and so on...

So, why they are still on the internet...

I guess whether we like it or not people always find results on how to pursue or promote their niche. And others also outsource their project as well.

I think it's tough for you to tell that the profile is fake or not. One thing that I know that the profile is possibly fake if he or she has no complete information on the profile.
