If a back link on a website is DOFOLLOW, but clicking the link pops up a disclaimer saying "you are now leaving this website, we are not responsible for content blah blah blah" and if you click OK will be taken to the linked website, will Google follow this and count it?

Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. And Even when they do, it still doesn't pass as much value as it would if it wasn't a redirect. you want the url of your links on the other domain's page to point directly to your domain, not otherdomain.com/out/yourdomain.com |
