Reedeming adwords code

Got a new adwords account and made manual payment, but I later discovered I can buy and use cheap adwords code to use 1 time for my new account, but they don´t work if I already have money on my account, have you run into this problem as well? Do I have to use up all the money in order to be able to reedem my code?

You will have to use new account for adwords code.
I need info about resell traffic.
