I search for this solution each and every year, and I'm surprised no one talks about it. I sell everything through PayPal. And every year when I do my taxes, I have to import PayPal into a database just to get one number: gross sales Is there an easier way to get gross sales (year to date) from PayPal? |

There's a whole plethora of reports available. It will allow you to view monthly sales, yearly sales, etc. Not sure about integrating it with tax software. I just do payments received as my "sales." They have a new 2011 financial statement which you can download as well. I see something new as well. I used to have to add up monthly by hand, but now see you can get totals of sales, as well as what you got, minus the fees. This will save me time this year. I've had to total everything by hand. I don't do sales of products, just sales of links so I have it somewhat easy. Paul |

With that said, I'm not able to see any reports in the "Tax Documents" option. | |
