Hi I am currently working with an SEO provider who insists that in order to get my site ranking higher and quicker in the SERPs for the keywords I want it to, the meta title should be keyword1 | keyword2 | keyword3 , arguing that google diplays the name of the site under these words anyhow. I on the other hand believe that that name of the site should be there for branding purposes, using those keywords within a simple, readable sentence. Who´s right? |

Yes correct. Most of us are using this technique to rank our keywords well, even without the name of your website. Your keywords are one of the most important priorities for your website, so put the top three keywords into your meta title tag.
