How much traffic would i need for $10 a day assuming my cpc is $1?

don't know the margin since i have not earned al lot yet from adsense..

Assuming your traffic is targeted and mostly from US then...

That's very RAW, but 0,4x1$ = 0,4$

10$/0,4 = 25 clicks (the amount of clicks you will need to get 10$ per day)

Let's say your average CTR is 5% (depends on the placement of ads and the theme you are using). If 5% is 25clicks then you will need at least 500 unique visitors per day.

It varies on the niche and keyword. For buying keywords, CTR is higher, since buyers are desperate to buy, and most of the ads are pretty enticing and say things like "sale!"
Plus, CPC is also higher since these are high-converting, targeted ads. I've had as high as $500 CPM. Also, you can monetize with other things for a higher payout - affiliate products usually pay better. Of course, it depends on the niche again - some niches have ad clickers but not buyers.
