brand name copyright and SEO question

Hi there. As we know, NFL is so conscious about their brand name and no promotional activities are allowed outside of their official ones.

Having said that, it made me think - can we promote a site with tshirts or items with any football team logo and players of SF49ers, Redskins or even Barcelona? Is there a law somewhere about brand names and SEO?

Almost all photos of celebrities are copyrighted by the photographer who took them.

The only kinds of photos you can publish legally are ones you purchase the rights for, or ones that are in the public domain.

you can tweak this and make avector image of this celebrities.. throughly brand name products converts very well but with little brainstrom you can bring out a big idea.

i wish to know the development.

Thanks for your replies. Yes, the photos used are made by the client (cartoonish and not real photos) and he does not use logos or such things.

So i guess, we are safe then! :-) Great...
