My landing page got my AdWords Acct suspended

Hi all,

To be frank i'm new to AdWords. This backfired badly as they didn't like the landing page that I created.

(this landing page was inspired by CPA storm, if anyone is aware of that WSO)

They sort of just banned it and pointed me to generic pages regarding guidelines about keeping the page clean, transparent, etc.

I tried editing and resubmitting the page, and still no luck

It would be MUCH faster if I could maybe have someone give me some pointers about my landing page (and why AdWords won't accept it) or maybe, help me by showing some good examples of landing pages.

Again I'm new to PPC and CPA, i've been purchasing WSOs and doing my best to implement them.

What?? I honestly didn't install any of that. How do I get rid of it?? I'll look that up.

I'm not saying that you have, but this is why I would never build my online business based on the Adwords model. I also had my account suspended once for something that was really trivial. What was even more annoying was that they sent me 3 email warnings in the space of 6 hours while I was sleeping, so I woke up the next morning with a final warning email, and my account then suspended. Thanks a lot Google.

do you do CPA marketing? There aren't many alternatives to Adwords that I know of, except for maybe Facebook.

I don't know. My Sophos freaked out when I hit your site. I didn't stick around long enough to catch the name of the malware.

Adwords is very strict when it comes to landing pages. Don't just rely on Adwords, look for other methods of paid advertisers like Adbrite, Facebook Ads, etc.

Tom, I didn't click any of your links, especially when the next poster reported malware. That is for starters if true. Next, I don't have to see your page to figure out you probably are violating the misleading and inaccurate claims section just from the link name. Probably the get rich quick section too.

Stuff like this shouldn't scare people off from advertising on Adwords. Google Adwords guidelines are really not that difficult. It sounds like there are several violations here. I am afraid to look at the site due to above mention of malware.

I'm not sure what the malware or offer is, but pop-ups, forced downloads, malware are a no go for Google.

Also unrealistic promises such as make $500 a day are a also a no.

Google Adwords is not as strict or difficult to comply with as it sounds. Likewise getting banned is not usually a life sentence. New domain, new account that meets the guidelines, and new billing info is all it takes.

They are pretty friendly if you e-mail them or ring them up. They'll give you details some of the time if you press them about your violations. If it's your first time getting banned you can definitely get a second chance.

In cases like this where there are several serious violations, I can see why they sent you the guidelines. It's a shame these weren't mentioned in whatever course you used to get set up. I suggest you ring up Adwords Support by phone.
