Default Title over 66 characters and SEO weighth

We are always told to have up to 66 chars in title after that it's truncated in google listing display. 66 chars is too short I want to add more keywords but I am wondering if going beyond 66 chars is better in term of catching more keywords.
When the title is over 66 chars, in terms on page SEO, does it still count as good as when the title is less than 66 chars?

Let's say

Dr. Joe Blow | Dental Hygienist Fort Lauderdale FL | Dental Implants | Teeth Bleeching | Cosmetic Dentistry

This is obviously over 66 chars but in terms of on page SEO. Is it as good as or better than 66 chars for on page seo and catching more keywords?

I would try to get it in less than 66 characters if possible to make the title very targeted.

No, don't go over 66 keywords in your title. That is what your meta description and meta keywords are for. You want a title to be short, succinct, and to the point.

Generally a good practice is make sure your main keyword is in the title and put most of your related/longtail keywords in your meta tags. If Google sees a disorganized page it will be harder to rank for all of those terms.

i think we use more than 66 characters in title tag. The main think to use 66 char is google truncates the remaining characters in SERP. so the users can not read. The best option is put the more related keywords with in the limit. Put the remaining keywords in the remaining spaces.
Thanks,

Google indexes way more than 66 characters. But they show
roughly, more or less, that amount, in the results. I believe they
want the title to be the top line. They will add "..." if there
is more.

It's up to you. Just one more thing that people panic on.

If you have a reason to have a title over 66 characters, and
many times you will, go for it. Nothing bad happens.

Now if you just stuff a bunch of keywords in a title,
what good is that? You are muddling up your page.

I have often thought about if there is any increased SEO value to LOOONG titles -- even if only the first 66 characters are actually ashtetically visible in the SERP.

I think there probably is a little bit. But your first 66 characters should be appealing to human eyes anyway -- even if the next set of characters is more of a runon sentence.

Many of your answers can be found by looking at highly ranking pages for very competitive terms.

@Irsan First of all your title looks spammy ,You used 5 keywords separately.Second thing if you use more than 70 characters in title, google definately truncate but google indexed it but dont use too long.

What is the use of using extra characters in Title if you know very well that google will not going to read a single character after 69 characters
