Amazon affiliate sites

I heard google is banning affiliate sites.

I'm adding a couple reviews about amazon products in my site..

There is a small ad versus a 400 words article for each product with my opinions about it.

Will google catch me ?

Google is not banning affiliate sites, however, they will reduce your ranking if your site is an ad fest.

One ad per 400 words is good, unless that ad takes up the entire top fold of the page.

Did this start recently? I have a few that are still holding strong with no signs of change.

Google ban sites that suspicious. Usually, they ban sites that use auto content function. Sometimes, they ban all domains within the same host. You are doing the right way. Keep going.

Your site is OK, but you really should improve the spelling and grammar on your site.

I totally agree... Will google decrease our ranking due to bad grammar ?

If bad spelling and grammar is a factor in a high bounce rate, then it can certainly affect your ranking.

You might want to remove the sample page, clean up the sidebar etc.
