I would suggest you to perform Blog commenting and forum posting.They should be of High PR and share a dofollow link.

Yup...Blog commenting is useful..you can also write articles and post it to directories...that should get you more that 10 backlinks per day

If you haven't checked out commentluv yet, its about time you did. You will find a lot of high PR do-follow sites and blogs for commenting and getting back links. They have an app that makes your recent blogpost visible at the bottom of your comment which is pretty helpful to get traffic.
