Help with adsense please

I have a google website all set up. When I did it (My 1st ever go at making a web site) I made an adsense account and linked it to my site and all went well.Now I have bought 3 sites from someone and there is Google adds on these sites. The bloke I bought the sites from has said If I send him my adsense code he will transfer the google adds into my account/name.I cant find this "code". I have no idea what code he means. Can anyone help point me in the right direction. I have looked all over adsense help section and done some searches on the web before finally asking on here...I feel like such a newb lol.

He could mean your publisher id. which is usually at the top right hand side near the log out. Or he could want your login details. Until you ask him to be more specific that is the only codes i know about. Can you not just create the same ads in your adsense account and copy your code over his?

It worries me that you are using adsense and do not know what the adsense code is or where to find it. Just create your own ads and replace his code with yours. Hint: click on 'my ads' tab, and the 'create new ad' - follow the idiot proof steps at the end of which you will get the code which you can just copy and paste.

Wow...meaning if you dont give him the codes, he will be using his own adsense code?you better check with him on where to edit the codes..that is to check that he does not cheat you..

I wasn't meaning that I was using adsense to actually advertise anything....It is just that I had enabled my 1st google website to display ads and get the usual pay per click ect. I bought the sites off him a couple of months ago but he provides free support ect. I have ftp login details and also as both sites are selling a "product" I also have the paypal checkouts pointed at my paypal account. I was just after advice on how to have the ads revenue (if any) paid to my adsense account instead of the previous owners.Like I said I am a newb so I am probably sounding pretty insane at the moment lol. BTW I bought these sites from a member on here but on a different forum. Thanks again for any advice.
