How to MASS submit contextual backlinks?

I have seen several services in warrior offering 1500 and 2000 CONTEXTUAL BACKLINKS.

They submit your article (spinned) to many different article directorys/blogs.

What I want to know, is how they do it?
What software do I need? Do I need to use some services aswell which let me to post my articles to their blogs/article directorys? How many backlinks would I get, when I start to make them with my own software ?

I hope you understand what I mean.

They are probably outsourcing to people using TheBestSpinner.

Or just to companies that do rote-rewriting - sentence per sentence.

There are a few totally automated spinners too
