Anyone added a product to adwords but google denies the product yet you see ads for virtually the same product in their sponsored ads?

It's only because they haven't got around yet to suspend those ads yet. There's idiots who will keep on submitting ads despite Google telling them they can't. They keep getting suspended and banned so the ads don't stay active for long. Just yesterday I saw a project on a freelance site asking for anyone who can create accounts, I think they asked 300 per day to promote an e-cigarette which Google doesn't allow.
