What's your monthly budget? You'll need some serious link juice to rank for a keyword like that one.

Conversion.....might want to refine the Zipcode box. "Enter your zipcode" needs to be more legible and pop a little more. Start button is a bit too small. Increase the font.

That's all I can think of right now.

The first thing I see is you need to correct all the <h1> tags in the sidebar.
  • get a quote
  • learn more
  • search
  • Contact Us

Affordable Health Insurance Plans and Quotes | ZoomHealth Insurance

Make those <h3> tags instead of <h1> tags, change the text size to whatever you want with CSS.

Also, all those random insurance links in the header should be cleaned up, per page. Example, If your on a page about Life Insurance, you don't need Dental Insurance internal links on the same page.

You can try something like websitegrader.com to get started...that will at least give you an idea of what is lacking...

What type of links do they need, they are using Social Media links i personally feel its useless even if 30 agents are making profiles an linking from say Tumblr,Facebook, Yahoo answers, To the site its not even ready plus to me those are weak links am i wrong?

Have you researched your targetted keywords yet and looked at the competition levels? It all starts with that as there's no point going from page 300 to page 50...

Have you checked out your competitors for your targetted keywords using something simple like SEO Quake? Traffic Travis is also great for SEO and Keyword reviews.

You'll find that there is massive competition from many major players with massive budgets for 'health insurance quote' for example (just look at the PPC cost!), so it may be worth looking for a workable but less competitive keyword/KW phrase?

Maybe looking more 'in' State or regionally rather than globally?

What about including a squeeze page/opt-in box to capture emails addresses into an auto-responder in return to say a free guide on saving money on your health insurance? Then you'll also get known prospects and you can build a relationship and push for quotes.

You're going to need a heap of backlinks of varying types and PR levels also, so I'd get working on building backlinks (or outsourcing that) asap.

Rather than bore you with all the on-page SEO KW density/placement, KW image names, ALt tags, and so on - I find that Easy WP SEO for a small cost far out shines other WP SEO plug ins. Have a look below (no aff link) - I swear by it as it analyses many features, accounts for LSI keywords and saves me a heap of time PLUS it's helped me get some top results.

You could probably do with some more content on the home page and maybe a stronger call to action as to 'why' someone should get a quote : Free No-Obligation, Could Save You $1,000s, We do the searching for you, Instant Cover.

Also in the quote sales funnel, why not have an operator call them back LIVE (during opening hours) once they submit their telephone and help close there and then?

Good luck!

Carl
