According me there if you get on first position in google. Then first of all check your competitor site, how they work, your site content must be unique and informative to the readers. Get quality incoming links from high authority sites. Do more and more off page optimization techniques. All the techniques do in ethical way.

You seem to have done a great job to get your site on position 10..
Maybe you need help now because you find it difficult outranking the site on the first page of the search engines. This usually happens when they are aged domain with lots of quality links.

Without any assumption what is the problem you are encountering?
