Best Way To Strengthen Backlinks For Free?

So I'm making 12 good links (4 articles, 2 lenses, 2 hubs, 2 pdfs, 1 video, 1 powerpoint, blog comments and forum posting if I can) in 2 days, then the next 2 days I do the same for a different site and now I have done two cycles for 3 sites.
My sites are in the google dance since they're brand new, but my question is how can I strengthen these links without using any paid tools?

Are you trying social bookmarking? Not only it brings traffic, but some amounts of backlinks also.
