Blog displayed as blogspot.in instead of blogspot.com

Hi Recently I saw my blog and find out that blogger change the extension as blogspot.in. Could anyone explain why blogger make this change? Is it gives any negative effect on Google US(United States) ranking?

Additionally, if you have adsense on your blogger blog, you may begin getting notices about their ads showing up on sites you have not approved - be sure to approve the blogspot.in or whatever other country blogspot. shows up in your account so you will be paid for any clicks that occur on them.
