Default Is there a Keyword Density Plugin for Microsoft Word?

The title sort of says it all: Is there a Keyword Density Plugin for Microsoft Word? I optimize a lot of articles in Microsoft Word, and it would save me significant time to not have to copy/past the article into a Keyword Analysis online. Yes, I know that I can use Microsoft Word's "Find" tool and "Word Count" tools, and then just divide. But seriously, I know if it's only a few seconds difference, I want something easier. For the amount of articles I'm checking and optimizing, it really will save me some time and effort. I want to be able to plug in a keyword or keyword phrase into Microsoft word, and it just spits out the density percentage for that keyword/phrase. This doesn't seem like it'd be too hard to make, so I figure SOMEONE out there has something similar to what I'm talking about.

Any ideas?

Control + F enter your phrase, divide by the total number of words.

There is no plugin in Microsoft word to find the keyword density, need to follow manually as Packerfan suggested.
