how to get good alexa rank?
now i am in 105849 rank in alexa worldwide how to become on top 1000?i need to increase visitors?
Is alexa shows any good sign?

My top tip. Don't worry about your Alexa ranking. It's pretty much worthless.

Sure, increasing the number of visitors makes your alexa ranking better...but do you actually need a good alexa rank? Other then selling your website on Flippa, which I don't think you want, there is no point in focusing your energy to increase your alexa rank by all means.

Alexa rankings can be manipulated pretty easily these days so it is better to think more about backlinks, keyword rankings and PR and not about Alexa rankings. It is just a waste of time.

As your traffic goes up, so will your Alexa ranking, so keep getting backlinks and stuff. Also, your Alexa ranking doesn't stay the same all the time. It can change every few days. I only use Alexa ranking to compare two sites in the same niche. If one IM site, for instance, has a ranking of 22,000 while another one has a ranking of 1 million, I am going to go for the 22k because I know it gets more traffic and stuff.

You can do that by installing Alexa toolbar on your website and visiting it a couple of times in a day...And that’s why we say that Alexa is not a good way to determine a site’s popularity or authority or whatever.

It can be faked easily and otherwise too, who cares if you reduce your Alexa rank from 8,600,000 to 6,546,000 to 66, 000??
