Rank A Keyword on top3

Hi,
I want to rank my website in top3 search results for a keyword. But i don't have time for it, so i tried freelancing website (i also work at odesk) and hired 2 freelancers at the rate of 3$ per hour 40hrs a week, (I spend more then 900$ for nothing) but they didn't provide me any results. The website was at the 2nd page (#12) is search results and it is still there.
So if i seo wants to get some help, which website he should look for. And i am unable to use paypal becuase my Paypal is not working in my country.

So tell where would you look for if you have a deadline of 1 month and 500$ in your pocket

I'd say figure out a way to get your PayPal working and use BMR. You can outsource BMR articles for super cheap.

I really love BMR as well. Its definitely the easiest "one button system" out there

Yes definitely BMR is the best way to increase your site rank right now, even if your paypal is not working in your country paypal gives customers an option to pay for a service offered by a paypal seller directly using your credit card.

well i am looking to outsource this work, i am sorry to say but have tried BMR for two months , and myarticlenetwork for one month but i didn't get any good results

Basically i use backlinksindexer and get always good result. No need to first search freelancer then give them information and then pay aftre completion of work.
I am satisfied with my backlinksindexer service,

Try ALN or BMR. These 2 services will boost your rankings, though I guess you need paypal to use them.
