Default Getting insane

Hi,

Im getting really upset now. Let put it like this, I finally got 2 PR7 site (totally different websites) wide links. Yes really quality. No blog post or anything just site wide. low obl, just quality.

Websites with over 20.000 visitors daily. So you would think they would be crawled a lot.

But after 2 weeks now, their still not indexed by Google. Only alexa manage to see one subpage pr5 backlink.

I did over 100 social bookmarks for both websites and my own. Also ping this ping that.

And nothing, is there anything I can do. The only thing I can come up is, these websites dont get updated on daily bases.

Is this the reason?

Any suggestions?

Is it a genuine website? Have you checked properly?

You can't force google to count any link.

FYI: Site-wide links (non-internal) may, not always, look like spam.

You also found out that a PR7 site, that is main index page, does
not translate into every page being PR7. Why people think this
still is beyond me.

I find this quite amusing as well, that's like saying every video on youtube has a PR of 9 or whatever it is.

Hi,

With site wide I mean, I know it is not on some subpage wich is not indexed. The text link is on the PR7 is on the homepages. And all other subpages are mostly PR6 or PR5.

My text link (do follow) is on all those pages. But so far after 2 weeks. So far only one subpage is indexed with my link. In total its on 3 PR7 pages and around 20 PR6 and a few PR5. And so far only one....a damn PR5 is found.

I even get traffic from the text links because the sites are real big. Like I said 20k + daily.

Both also dmoz.

What else can I do to speed it up?

This are real quality links and....lets say..their eating my fortune.

The best way to speed things up, is to not speed things up.

Well, if so, they have already taken a bite and is digesting your fortune. Nothing to do about that, is there? I mean, I certainly hope that your links are permanent (assuming they really are of good quality)? They won't disappear after a certain amount of weeks, huh!?

Ok, well, I guess you have learnt something now. The next time, go for low hanging fruits that are already there. Don't try to get the most juicy stuff right away by using -eh- odd methods that no one really knows for sure that they work.

Loads and loads of people in this industry are "forwarders" and they don't provide a value of their own. They read something on a forum that someone claims to be the very best method they have used and most likely that person, who says that, have also heard/read something from someone else , which in fact makes them a "forwarder" too.

I have spent a LOT of time to test, test and test different things, it has cost me thousands of dollars and I continuously do this. I believe I am not a "forwarder". I have tried the "magical super duper" methods too (not lately though ), just to see that they don't work. One of my very best recommendations is to stay off the cheap backlink creators at Fiverr.com . They provide no value, in fact most of them doesn't even have basic SEO skills. All they will do is to let some crappy spam tool create crappy spam links to your site that could potentially make your site miserable in the eyes of Google.

Take it easy and do things the right way. It's the fastest method. If you can apply the right techniques in a fast pace, then fine, but make it look natural.

Thanks for your reply again.

But this are not links from ebay, fiver or anything cheap. This are real websites with real visitors, and I manually contacted the sites owners. Because Im aware of the fact that most other things wich are "offered" are crap. With a fortune Im talking about somewhere around 500$ on monthly basis, Im not talking about 5$ crap. This are real quality sites, thats why Im so scared. I will miss a PR update.
