Default The competition column of keyword research.

I used GKWT to do keyword research, the result of the competition column is just : high, medium, low. Meanwhile, i have watched some videos about keyword research, the competition column is the bar. How can i get this?

In IM venture, Winners never quit, Quitters never win

They don't show the graphical competition bar any more, just the words like you are seeing. The videos you are watching were most likely recorded before they updated the interface and were using the graphic bar.

Btw, you aren't judging serp competition based on the values in the competition column are you? That column shows competition for adwords advertising, in other words, if it is high, then there are a higher number of advertisers targeting ad placements on that particular keyword. It has nothing to do with the search competition.

Yes, Patrich is absolutely right. If you are looking for SERP, you have to use other tools like the ones offered by SEOmoz to find out the keyword difficulty.

GKWT is no different from Google KeyWord Tool or Google Adwords Keyword Tool. Oh! By the way WordTracker for me has turned very useful, although its a paid one.
