When I leave blog comments should I just leave one link or can I link to like two or three pages on my site using appropriate anchor text?

You have to put only one link during blog comments. If you want to follow your preference, you are more likely spamming and you know that blog authors will not tolerate such action.

Blog commenting is most effective link building technique and very helpful to improve search engine ranking. But in many case people asks this kind of questions. It not a good link building strategy to leave links of many pages on one blog.Blog owner will never allow it on their blog and he will delete your comment. So try to leave only relevant and useful content in your blogs.
Thanks

When Blog/Forum posting you want to make sure your post will actually get approved by site admins, therefor multiple links are not recommended. it takes considerable time end effort to find blogs worth commenting on, so don't blow it by spamming it. leave a relevant comment, and make the link seem like a natural addition to your comment that will benefit the readers.

1 link per comment, and definitely no links in the comment itself. Use the designated "Name" & "Website" boxes. Putting links in your comment is a sure-fire way to get your comment denied.

And when manually commenting, go for quality over quantity. There's no need to drop your link multiple times if you're getting comments approved on DoFollow, PR1+ posts.

One is probably better it has less chance of getting flagged as spam and deleted. Also a standard feature in wordpress is making any comment with over two links in it require approval by a moderator.

Having 3 links in 1 comment might be considered as spam. Try posting comments on KeywordLuv or CommentLuv blogs and they allow 2 links on every comment. 1 link will be on your name and another 1 at the bottom of your comment.

I totally agree with papamo44 - just one link. I'm a blog owner and I scrutinize the comments left there before I approve them. I read through and make certain that the author has actually read the post. I also click their link and see where it goes to make sure it makes sense with the post - or at least with my blog in general.

Now, if you visit my blog you'll see that I could ask the question, "How do I get quality posts on my blog?" LOL!

Lots to learn. Best of luck to you!

You should place only one link in your blog comment and that links should be for the page on which you have valuable content. But if you place more than one link then it looks as spammy and it can be harmful. So the thing is that provide the useful content in your post and place the relevant link to that post.

That's not good to put link for 2 or 3 website pages. Blog owner do not accept that comment. You should maintain quality linking than quantity links. If you do that it helps to increase search engine ranking. So, be careful when doing link building.

If you want it to stick, make a relevant comment and just leave one link.

Three links with anchor text will certainly count as spamming.. so dont do it.. use your name while commenting.. it will too give you seo rankings plus there are more chances by moderator to approve your comment if you are using your name..

Just one link will do. Anything more, you will be on Akismet blacklist lol. Go easy on leaving links with blog commenting, any good blogs that are moderated will never approve your comment.

IMO a lot depends if the blog is niche related. So if you had a fishing site and was on a site about hair colouring then putting a link within the content of the comment doesn't make sense. However if the site is about rivers in wherever then it is relevant so if you get a good comment in then it could stick and would be better.

In blog commenting, if you give only back links that's enough. Because stuffing more links will look like spamming

Do you think it's better to comment on blog with high PR and dofollow or to comment on relevant topic to your niche, since it's a bit hard to find blogs that has is relevant to niche and it's high PR, but it's easy to find blog lists of dofollow and high PR but from different niches
