Can we change the Google Privacy Policy right now or wait for March 1st

Everywhere this message is showing up that Google combines their Privacy Policy on March the 1st. Can we change it right now or do we have to wait till the 1st of March?

And is it even needed for us with an Adsense account or is it more in general?

It isn't us that changing, it is the new privacy policies that takes effect since March 1st. The new policy is covering all Google products including AdSense.
