One of my favorite ways to find keywords for SEO is to compile all of my competitor's categories from their blogs. But sometimes, these categories are hidden within WordPress. Question: Do you know of any sort of secret hiding place that displays any WordPress categories in the same location (or URL)? For example, sometimes I hit gold by going to something like: w. w. w.blog-name-here.com/category ... This usually throws up a 404 error page... and some times there's a listing of categories. Can you help me with this? |

try site/category that's the default for WP, then there at the bottom of each post the will be an in:x. x is the category. Other than that you can try checking the sites rss feed |

I think it's not a good practice. But there's some WP plugins that lets you hide categories on the website.
